This Privacy Policy explains how KOSNiZ ("we" or "us") handles information in BlueHarbor (the "App"), an application for Windows.
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect your name, email address, telephone number, or any other information that can identify you personally. Audio received over Bluetooth is used only for playback; it is never saved to a file or transmitted. To capture this audio, the App uses the Windows microphone access permission, but it never captures audio from a microphone connected to the PC. The App does not send any information to us or to any third party for usage analytics or advertising.
2. Communication with external servers
To check the status of add-ons you have purchased and to process purchases, the App connects to the Microsoft Store through Windows. This communication is carried out by Windows and the Microsoft Store, and the information sent is handled in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. New versions of the App are delivered through the Microsoft Store. The App does not communicate with any other external server. Links in the App, such as the one to the support page, open in your web browser, and the policies of the respective websites apply.
3. Information stored on your PC
The App stores its settings (including a copy of any image you choose as the background) and its logs in a folder that Windows provides for the App. This information remains on your PC and is never transmitted. The settings and logs include the names and identifiers of your Bluetooth devices and their connection history. The settings also include how long audio has been played in the free version. Information copied with "Copy diagnostics" is not transmitted either, unless you paste it into another application yourself. This information is deleted when you uninstall the App.
4. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when the features of the App change or as otherwise necessary. The revised policy takes effect when it is published in the App or on our website.
